Check-In- Check-Out:
The reception desk is open everyday from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. For this reason we kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival time in particular if you check-in later than 10.00 p.m. A late check-in has to be arranged in advance. Additional costs may apply if the recetion has not been informed.
On the arrival day rooms are ready for occupancy starting from 02.00 p.m. but you can arrive earlier and leave your bags in our luggage deposit.
On the departure day you can use the room until 11.00 a.m. and if decide to spend more time in Florence you can store your bags in our deposit.
Reservation Policy:
Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 5,50 per Person per Night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the Hotel in Cash.
Please note that during certain periods of high season the cancellation policy may vary. You will be informed at the time of booking.
Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.
We'll pre-authorise your card to confirm that your card is valid and hasn’t been lost or stolen. This can appear as a temporary reduction in your balance, but is not the actual charge. For further details, you can contact your credit card provider.
Payment will be done at the moment of departure. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Prepaid Not Refundable room.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are free of charge for reservations with payment in hotel if requested within the terms specified (3 days before the arrival date) and have to be comunicated by e-mail at info@hotelcollodi.com otherwise you'll be charged of the amount of 1 night.
For no show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
Non-refundable reservations require an immediate prepayment which cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
For reservations of small groups, 4 or more nights and for particular periods the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.
