Check-in / Check-out:

The reception is open every day from 08.00 to 22.00, so we kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time, especially if you expect to arrive after 22.00.

On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 14.00. You are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage in our storage.

On the day of departure, you may use the rooms until 11.00 and then leave your luggage in our storage if you wish to spend a few more hours in Florence.

Booking Information:

All prices are per room. The "City Tax" of Euro 5.50 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the Hotel in cash.

Please note that during certain high-season periods the cancellation policy may vary. You will be informed on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking.

Credit card details are requested solely to guarantee the reservation.
No charge will be made to the credit card before your arrival.

Please note that a pre-authorisation will be requested on your credit card to verify that it is valid and has not been lost or stolen.
This operation will temporarily reduce your available balance, but it is not a charge. For more information, you can contact your card provider.

Full payment will be made directly at the Hotel unless a room with advance payment is selected.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and/or changes are FREE for reservations with payment at the hotel, provided they are requested within the specified terms (3 days before the arrival date) and must be sent by e-mail to: info@hotelcollodi.com; otherwise a penalty equal to the cost of 1 night will be charged.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, a penalty equal to the cost of 1 night will be charged.

Non-refundable reservations require immediate payment and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

For bookings of small groups, stays of 4 or more nights, or special periods, Management reserves the right to request an advance deposit to guarantee the reservation and to provide a cancellation policy different from the default one, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
